Conditions of Use

Minimum purchase value:

150 US$ or 100 Euros

Prices:

Our prices are net factory prices.

Quantity scale:

A price/quantity scale applies for individual articles, i.e. the greater the quantity you purchase, the lower the price per article.

Discount:

You get a discount of 5 % on each Webshop order.

Delivery:

From stock or within a few days.

Dispatch:

With DPD or FedEx at customer’s expense. Shipment with DHL on request.

Delivery Terms:

All goods that we supply remain our property until paid for in full. Place of jurisdiction is Schramberg.

The total amount of the invoice does not include the accruing customs clearance fees of the carrier and the import value added tax of the addresse´s country. These fees are to be charged exclusevely by the recipient of the invoice.

Customers from other EU countries:

Without a valid sales tax identification number, German VAT has to be charged.

Exchange/goods returned:

Please note that we are a manufacturer, not a mail-order business. Therefore we are unable to send selections. We only handle specific orders, reaching the minimum value.

Payment:

1) Deliveries on account: Payment within 14 days 2 % discount - 30 days net cash and only if explicitly agreed 21 days 2% discount – 42 days net cash.

2) First orders only via prepayment or COD with 2% discount.

3) We accept transfers via the internet with PayPal (see: www.paypal.com) to schinle@griffin.de.
